Since established in 1968, CHP has rooted its business in the local area for over 50 years. CHP has never stopped caring about the local development in Hualian. It is hoped that through the donation of NT$10 million, CHP can not only become closer to the local people, but can also understand local needs better. CHP also calls on local community to rally together in order to help the victims go through the difficulties.
