On May 16, Chung Hwa Pulp Hualien Mill held its annual blood donation event, partnering with the Hualien Blood Donation Center. A total 82 employees joined, donating 148 bags (about 37,000 c.c.) of blood.
To thank participations the mill prepared PX Mart gift vouchers, while the blood center offered phone straps and resistance bands. One staff member even created a 3D paper heart model during his free time, using red and white paper to represent the spirit of giving.
As a long-time local enterprise Chung Hwa Pulp continues to support the community through real actions-showing that sustainability also comes from care and compassion.
